St. Bartholomew's Gothic Cathedral in Plzen

The construction of the cathedral began in 1295 (at the same time as the New Town of Plzen) and was finished by the beginning of the 16th century. St. Bartholomew's Cathedral tower has the highest church steeple in the Czech Republic (102.3 m).

  12. ooooh, so gorgeous. It made me think that I miss being able to just pop out and draw a church from somewhere around 14th C - my hometown is Krakow in Poland, but I've been living in New Zealand for last 7 years, there's nothing like it here...:(
so anyway your work made me feel a little nostalgic. looking forward to seeing more!
